Possible Belltown Alley
Note: I took this with a series of pictures of these dumpsters, and some people who were scavenging through the garbage. One picture was of an elderly man, who found a particularly useful piece of cardboard and held it aloft, as if offering it up to the gods. He had a maniacal and triumphant look on his face. The silohette he formed against the strong backlighting gave it the appearance of somthing very spooky, almost satanic. That's why you get the description and not the picture. It was too creepy.
